11 Google Gemini Prompts for Stunning Monsoon Photos

Rain does something to a photo that no filter can fake. Wet roads, heavy grey skies, water dripping off an umbrella, it all adds mood instantly.

I’ve been testing monsoon-style prompts on Google Gemini’s Nano Banana model, and the results are surprisingly close to real photos shot on a rainy afternoon. The wet fabric, the falling drops, the soft grey light, it handles all of it well.

This one has that classic monsoon look where the raindrops sit on the glass and the subject stays soft behind it.

Rain photos live and die on lighting, so if a result looks flat, add words like backlit rain, visible raindrops, or overcast diffused light to the prompt and run it again.

You can also swap the outfits and locations around. A saree in prompt 5 works just as well on the foggy hill road, and the umbrella from prompt 2 fits almost every scene here.

Try a few and see which ones match your feed. If you upload a reference photo of yourself along with the prompt, the results get a lot more personal.
